* Upon registration, Students are required to provide proof of their student status (student ID, enrollment confirmation, a letter from their supervisor or similar).

** The registration fees under the category Low-income countries apply according to the World Bank country classification by income level.  To check the World Bank list of economies, please click here

*** Minimum of 10 people. Please note that all participants’ names must be provided at the time of registration. It is not possible to purchase a registration and provide the name later.

Payment Information

All registration fees must be paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or bank transfer. To be eligible for the early bird fee, payment must be received no later than May 31, 2021. Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full. Any bank charges incurred (including non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees and any credit card chargebacks for challenged registrations) must be paid by the sender and not the Organizer or the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted until June 30, 2021. Registrants will receive a full refund less a CAD $100 administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat no later than the above date by emailing [email protected]. The notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted if payment was previously made by bank transfer. 

Registrants wishing to cancel on or after July 1, 2021, will not be eligible for a refund,  however, transfer of your registration to another delegate is acceptable. Please contact the Conference Secretariat by email and provide contact details for your replacement. 

Virtual Platform Access

Delegates who have paid for their registration in full will receive login details for the virtual platform by email approx. one week before the start of the conference. Sharing of the login details is prohibited as is view by more than the registered participant. It is the registrant’s responsibility to ensure that they have appropriate internet bandwidth to connect to the virtual platform. Refunds will not be made if a participant is unable to connect due to low or disrupted internet connections on their side.
